your organization, we offer train-the-trainer services—one
of the most efficient, cost-effective ways to implement Pull
Thinking across the enterprise.
With these services, we equip your training personnel with
the complete Pull Thinking Methodology, providing class materials,
exercises and in-depth instruction. Upon completion, your
trainers will be certified in Pull Thinking Methodology and
will be able to instruct and coach others at your company.
This allows you to widen the application of Pull Thinking
for greater impact across departments and locations.
